This year we have had the fantastic introduction of brand-new JAS Jump 4 Joy Cross Country Fences that have been utilised for a brand-new arena eventing series sponsored by Aspen Cooling Ltd.

Over the winter months, we have hosted several qualifying competitions in which competitors have been eagerly trying to gain their qualification status for the championships. We have been very fortunate to offer a very generous prize pot of over £2,600 on behalf of our wonderful sponsor, Aspen Cooling Ltd.

It was a very hotly contested competition with some super combinations tackling a very testing course – the dreaded water tray was a real test for many as well as the ‘Aspen Joker fence’ of upright planks!

A huge congratulations to our following champions of the Aspen Cooling Ltd Indoor Arena Eventing Series who were presented with their winnings in a mounted presentation from representative of Aspen Cooling Ltd, Atlanta Morton. Pictured are the champions of each class:

70cm – Max Sigsworth on Amberwood Amigo

80cm – Sophie Yelloly on Upsalls Alter Ego

90cm – Molly Staite on My Mr Darcey

100cm – Ryan Carby on Mauro Sam

Winner of the 90cm, Molly Staite, commented on the series having also won her qualifier “I have only been riding him for about a year and so pleased with how he went today. The series has helped prepare for the season ahead and looking forward to doing more!”

Steve Morton, owner of Aspen Cooling Ltd, also commented “It has been a really great series to support with such positive feedback from all the competitors. I am so pleased to announce we will be running again for the 2025/26 winter season with an exciting twist for the championship!”

Solihull Riding Club is a non-for profit organisation that relies on the support of incredible sponsors such as Aspen Cooling Ltd to be able to offer such diverse events.
