We’re Hiring: Events Administrator

Solihull Riding Club is looking for an enthusiastic and organised Events Administrator to join our friendly team.

This is a varied and busy role at the heart of the Club, helping to ensure our competitions, training and events run smoothly from start to finish.

You will be based on-site at the Club within our 160-acre countryside site, supporting the planning and delivery of a wide range of equestrian and canine events.

The role includes:

  • Supporting the administration of competitions and events
  • Liaising with third-party hirers
  • Managing bookings and enquiries
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the office

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is organised, proactive and able to manage a busy workload
  • Has strong communication skills
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Has an interest in the equine world (desirable)
  • Is flexible and happy working in a hands-on, dynamic environment

Hours:
This is a full time (37.5 hours) role, working on a rota basis which includes regular weekend working
