Our Easter Fun Show truly lived up to its name, a day filled with laughter, chocolate treats, and, of course, all the wonderfully sweet ponies. From start to finish, the atmosphere was full of joy, creativity, and community spirit.
The day began with our ever-popular novelty classes, which once again drew an impressive turnout. Competitors showcased fantastic imagination in classes such as Best Easter Dressed Mane and Feathers and Flowers. Judging these vibrant and inventive entries was no easy task, so a special thank you goes to Linda for taking on the challenge – every participant put forward such thoughtful and creative efforts.
In the main indoor arena, our mini jumping classes got underway, catering to a range of abilities from cross poles up to 60cm. Between these, we hosted some much-loved fun classes, including the ever-entertaining Horse and Hound. This firm favourite brought together riders, families, and some very enthusiastic dogs!
One of the highlights of the day was undoubtedly the Easter Fancy Dress Parade. The arena was filled with colour, creativity, and smiling faces. This year’s winning entry was a truly standout display – a beautifully handcrafted bee and flower bed, complete with a beekeeper. Congratulations to Ariarna Richards and Willow for perfectly capturing the spirit of the event with such originality and charm.
