Rider Osteopath appointments with Adam Whatley
April 7, 2017 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm
Adam will be attending every Friday for pre-booked appointments
Many riders regularly have treatments for aligning their horses, whether it’s Physiotherapy, Osteopathy or Chiropractic, but few realise the need to then also re-align themselves to promote a harmonious ridden relationship and stop the cycle of rider and horse causing misalignment to one another.
At Solihull Riding Club I will be treating and rehabilitating horse rider injuries. I will also be looking at the prevention and performance enhancement of riders.
Adam Whatley is a registered Osteopath (M.Ost) practising in Solihull and Birmingham, who specialises in neuro-musculoskeletal practice and is a member of the Osteopathic Sports Care Association (OSCA). Adam has completed his Master’s Degree in the treatment and management of advanced musculoskeletal pain and dysfunction, and is currently further practicing in the field of Sports Medicine and Performance Science.
He has an established background working with a wide variety of clients. Adam has a particular interest in trauma rehabilitation and clinical neuroscience (Pain Neurophysiology and Human Motor Control) and also does a lot of his work with professional athletes and riders.
