Equine Health Self-Certification Form
The Equine Health Self-Certification form must be completed and emailed to office@solihullridingclub.co.uk no earlier than 24 hours prior to arrival at Solihull Riding Club. Anyone arriving without sending in the form prior to their arrival will not be granted access to the site and will be turned away at the gate. The form must be completed by all competitors, all housewives, anyone hiring the arena and anyone hiring the member’s field/boundary ride.
